Good News!

Teppo Numminen visited Sabres practice this afternoon. Since he can’t drive, he had to be brought to the rink by Spacek. (That sounds like a movie…Driving Mr. Teppo). There’s video on the Sabres website, and Teppo sounds good. It looks like he’s lost some weight, since he looks gaunt in the face.

I’m glad to see and hear that Teppo’s on course with his rehab, and can’t wait to start working out again. Just take it easy; life is more important than hockey.
